Some days I wander… is good customer service dead? It seems like every time I go to the store I find myself an inconvenience to the person working. And they have no idea how to help when I finally convince them to help me. How does this work? Why do people that have no real interest or skill for giving customer service, get a customer service job?

In my customer service job at River & Trail Outfitters I strive to give the very best service possible. I mean, that’s why I took the job right? We will ask if you need help when you walk in the door or as soon as we are free if it’s busy. And you can usually count on receiving all the information you came for and then some from our friendly staff. We don’t stop at providing superior customer service in our shop, you will find it everywhere at River & Trail!
