Happy Customers of River & Trail

I love happy customers, they make my job fun. Having a customer tell me that, "this is some of the best money I have ever spent," really brings a smile to my face. Whether it be tubing on the Antietam creek in MD, Shenandoah tubing in WV, rafting in Harpers Ferry, whitewater tubing on the Potomac, or kayaking. I get paid to make people happy, and I get to see the fruits of my labor, what other job could I want?  

I think many other employees here think the same way. Our goal is to make our customers happy, and we enjoy doing that. Now, it's not always easy to get there, but i think it is worth it to see the end result.

    Working at River & Trail often feels like a vacation. If the customers are having fun, I'm having fun, and I think it works the other way around, too. At the Potomac River Festival, Kandee and I heard over and over again a similar line: "I live around the corner from here, but I've never been on the river. This is great!"
